Christos
Karavevas

Christos was born in Athens, Greece in June 18, 1998. He graduated from Greek Art Theatre Karolos Koun Drama School in 2019.

From a very young age he developed a passion for acting. He attended the Art high school of Gerakas at the theatre-cinema department.

He made his first appearance in film at the age of 14, starring as the lead in the short film “Prosefhi” (2014), directed by Thanasis Neofotistos. The film earned nominations and awards around the world including the Golden Dionysus Award for the best film in Drama Film Festival.

Since then he has participated as principal or supporting actor in several films.

His experience includes collaboration with Jason Raftopoulos «Voices in Deep» (2023) , Isabella Margara «Nothing holier than a dolphin» (2022), Sarah Hartman «Canada an allegory» (2019), Maria Lafi «Holy boom» (2018).

He has make small appearances on tv productions such as “Kostas” (2023) by Milena Cocozza, “Doc” (2023) by Jorgos Papavasileiou, “IQ160” (2023) by Pierros Andrakakos , “Red river” (2019) by Manousos Manousakis and feature films such as “Adults in the room” by Costas Gavras and “Kazantzakis” by Yannis Smaragdis.

On the stage he has worked with Lena Kitsopoulou (Frankenstein lost paradise 2022) ,Aikaterini Papageorgiou ( “The Peace” 2022-23 ,”A fragile family” 2021,” Who was the killer of my brother?” 2020) , Kostas Koutroulis (“The House with the red jasmine” 2022).

He has been founding member of “Sacra” Theatre group and “Omada” theatre group with whom he took part in the performances “Did you wash the salt off yourself? (2019) And “ Unicorn” (2023).

He is currently working on the children’s play “The boy with the blue hair” directed by Eleanna Santorinaiou.

He is based in Athens, Greece.
