Sofia is a Greek actress born in Athens. She has been involved in theater and sports since childhood. She graduated from the University of Peloponnese in the department of theater studies. Simultaneously, she was learning Spanish and went to Spain to study at the drama school in Seville (Esad de Sevilla). Upon returning to Greece, she graduated from Dilos Drama School . She has participated in various theater performances in Greece and Spain.

Additionally, she has been part of various Greek and international series, including ‘Skaravaios’ by Stavros Stagos in 2024, ‘The Girl from Oslo 2’ by Ofir Lobel on Netflix in 2024, and ‘Greek Salad’ by Cedric Klapisch on Amazon prime in 2022. She also collaborated with German director Constante Knoche on the film ‘Crime in Crete’ in 2023.

She has many skills in sports, having competed in track and field in the 400-meter hurdles for 15 years. Currently, she’s into ground and aerial acrobatics and contemporary dance.

She loves extreme sports like slacklining, climbing, and snowboarding, that’s why she has worked as a stunt performer in various productions. She also works as a Pilates instructor.

She speaks fluent Greek, Spanish, and English. She also sings, plays the piano, and enjoys traveling.
