Fotina is a bilingual actress of Greek and British descent, currently based in Athens.
She studied acting in London at IDSA after completing an undergraduate degree in English Literature at the University of Exeter and a Master’s degree in Classics from UCL.
Fotina made her TV debut on Greek television with “Mavro Rodo” (141 episodes, 2022-2023) on MEGA TV, where she portrayed the protagonist, nun Elisavet, whose faith and dedication to God are tested due to her romantic desire for a man.
She is currently filming feature film “Savage Hunt” (2024) directed by Roel Reine where she plays the lead US Park Ranger Kate Deeks. She also appeared in the feature film “Smyrna my Beloved” (2021) and a handful of short films.
In addition to acting, she has worked “behind-the-scenes” in documentary production for the BBC, Channel 5 and PBS. She has also produced fictional short films.
