Perifanou
Eliana Perifanou is a Greek actress. She is highly proficient in English and demonstrates remarkable versatility with various accents. In addition to her acting skills, she is very good in both singing and dancing.
Eliana received her Acting Diploma from the Modernoi Kairoi Drama School, accredited by the Greek Ministry of Culture. She continued her academic journey with a degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Patras, and later completed an MA in Applied Theatre at Goldsmiths, University of London, with a focus on theatre in educational, community, and social contexts.
She has participated in numerous theatrical productions in Greece, both as an actress and director. Some key points are the children’s theatre play with a supporting role in “Η Νεράιδα Πραλίνα και το μαγικό φουντούκι” (A Fairy Named Praline and the Magic Nut). She then wrote, directed, and starred in “Νάρκισσος και Ηχώ & άλλες μεταμορφώσεις” (Narcissus and Echo & Other Transformations), in collaboration with THEAMA, a theatre company promoting inclusive performances with both disabled and non-disabled professional actors.
Following that, she wrote and directed “Το δικό μας παραμύθι” (Our Tale), and is currently working on “Η Τελίτσα και το Σύμπαν” (Telitsa and the Universe). During the COVID-19 pandemic, she explored alternative performative mediums, including online theatre and interactive storytelling over the phone in London, through a project titled “Phone Tales.”
Her on-screen experience includes leading roles in commercials for Lacta and AB Supermarket, as well as supporting roles in Feature films such as “Eftichia” and “Adults in the Room”, and in TV series like “10” on Alpha TV.
