Evagorou

Olga Evagorou is a Greek Cypriot actress and singer based between London and Limassol, working across screen, theatre, and music.

Drawing on her Greek Cypriot heritage and international training, she is passionate about telling culturally authentic stories that connect Mediterranean voices with global audiences.

Her recent screen credits include Eurydice in the upcoming short film Orpheus and Eurydice (2026), Georgia in You Are Not a Bastard (2025), and starring in the Swedish music film Somewhere in Between (2022).

A graduate of Solent University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Olga’s work is shaped by themes of identity, migration, mythology, and belonging. During her postgraduate training, she played the title role in Antony and Cleopatra, where her portrayal of Cleopatra was praised for its raw emotional depth, appeared as Zackie in Big Fish at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and originated the role of Mariana—a Greek immigrant—in the new musical The Book of Names by Casey Kendall and Jonathan Bauerfeld.

Dedicated about celebrating her cultural roots, Olga created and performed her own cabaret, My Big Fat Cypriot Family, exploring the joys, humour, and challenges of life as a Greek Cypriot in a globalised world.

A versatile mezzo-soprano, Olga performs across Musical Theatre, Legit, Jazz, Pop, Rock, and traditional Greek music, including Rebetiko. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Salsa, Jive, Greek and Cypriot folk dance, and stage combat.

Fluent in English and Greek, Olga performs confidently in a wide range of accents, including Standard American, Southern American, Received Pronunciation (RP), Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, and her native Cypriot dialect.
